How many graphic designers will be working on my project?
There will be anywhere from 4 to 10 logo designers working with you on your project. Each of our designers have their own design style and flare. This will ensure that you have many different options to choose from.

How long have you been in business?
Our founder has been creating professional logo designs since 1994. All of our logo designers have at least 5 years experience in the design industry and are all college graduates.

How will I be able to view my designs?
We will be preparing a private design display page where you may view your designs 24 / 7.

I already have a logo design, can you make it better?
Yes, we call this logo-update. We introduce new elements into your existing design to make it more modern and attract your target market.

Your regular turnaround time is 4 business days, I need my logo designed FAST!
We offer a 24 hour logo design turnaround time. The added cost is 95$.

Do I have to pay the full amount right away or can I pay in installments?
You may pay a 50% deposit, 25% when you request changes, the final 25% is when we finalize your project.

I'm from another country. Will this be a problem?
Absolutely not. There should be no problems at all no matter where you are. That is the sole purpose of having our business online.

How long will it take to receive my logo samples?
4 business days after payment is accepted.

How can I pay for my logo design?
Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, *certified checks and *money orders are accepted. Payment must be received before design work commences. We have a secure on-line order form.

How will I know if my payment is accepted?
One of our representatives will send you a confirmation via e-mail detailing the package you ordered and the approval of your payment.

What happens if I am not satisfied with the initial logo design samples?
If you are not satisfied with the initial logos, you may also request a refund or we will create 4 -5  new logos for you to choose from. We will continue to do so until you are satisfied. You can not request a refund once we have started making changes or started the new set of initial logo designs.

Who owns the copyright of the logo design?
After you have selected the logo from our logo designing process the logo is all yours! You fully own the copyright and free to register the logo at the register office. We can also place the registered mark or the TM mark on your logo if requested. We can also assist you in registering your logo and trade-marking your design.

How can I view my logo design samples?
We will contact you via e-mail or telephone to provide you with Your own private logo viewing web page. You will then be able to view your logo designs.

How many changes can I have done to my logo design?
You may have an unlimited amount of changes to a logo. We will keep working on the design until you are 100% satisfied.

Is it possible to add something to my current logo?
Yes. If you have an existing logo, we can revamp it. Please ensure to indicate on the online form that you currently have a logo.

What is the difference between a corporate image and an illustration?
There is a substantial difference between Corporate Designs and Illustrated Logos. Corporate Designs are simple but yet unique and memorable images that are highly recognizable from any reasonable distance and size. An example would be Nike's "swoosh" and McDonald's "arches". Illustrated logos require more complex artwork. The turnaround for these types of logos is 5 - 10  business days. Do you use illustrations?
Our packages and prices do not include Illustrated logos. However we can custom quote you on these types of designs. e-mail us here: info@a-logo-design.com

How will I receive my final files?
You will receive your final logo design files via e-mail. All files are in high resolution and are provided in both PC and MAC formats.

You can also request your logo design to be sent on a CD-ROM. We charge delivery fee of $39 for copying your logo format on a CD-ROM and mail it to your home address.
